• Technical Disclaimer: While we use high-fidelity editorial photography, the actual colors you see depend on your hardware. We do not guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST. In the event of a technical pricing error, Yuth Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS (The "Force Majeure" Clause)

Yuth Lifestyle shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timeframes if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or disruptions in third-party courier services.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. RESTRICTED RETURN & HYGIENE POLICY

To maintain premium quality standards, our return policy is strictly governed:

• 7-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.

• Non-Returnable Categories: For hygiene and safety, Bodysuits, Lingerie, and Pierced Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they possess a manufacturing defect.

• Sale Items: Products purchased during "Clearance" or "End of Season Sales" are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
