Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to be fair yet firm, protecting the brand from "Wardrobing" (the practice of buying, wearing, and returning) while ensuring genuine customers are satisfied.

A. The Return Window

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we offer a 7-Day Return/Exchange Window from the date of delivery. After 7 days, the system will automatically close the return request option.

B. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following "Store-Ready" criteria:

  1. Original Tags: The "Yuth Lifestyle" security tags and barcodes must be attached and untampered.

  2. Unused Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume/detergent), makeup stains, or sweat marks.

  3. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original brand packaging.

C. Hygiene-Exempt Categories (Non-Returnable)

To maintain the highest health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, Intimate Wear, and Lingerie.

  • Pierced Jewelry.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.

D. Mandatory "Unboxing Video" for Claims

For claims regarding Missing Items, Wrong Products, or Manufacturing Defects, a clear, unedited Unboxing Video is mandatory. This video must show the package's shipping label and the opening process. Without this evidence, Yuth Lifestyle reserves the right to reject the claim to prevent "Empty Box" fraud.

E. Refund Process

  • Quality Check (QC): Once the return reaches our warehouse in Gurugram, it undergoes a 3-step QC. If it fails, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

  • Mode of Refund:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source.

    • COD Orders: Refunded as Yuth Wallet Credits or via NEFT to a provided bank account.

  • Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after a successful QC.

3. LEGAL DISCLOSURE & GRIEVANCE

Force Majeure

Yuth Lifestyle shall not be liable for any delay in shipping or inability to process returns due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated lockdowns.
